Cold PRESS OIL MACHINE

An oil expeller works on the mechanical pressing principle using a screw-type mechanism to extract oil from oilseeds.
The process begins when cleaned and dried oilseeds are fed into the hopper of the expeller. The seeds are then pushed forward by a rotating screw shaft inside a horizontal barrel (called the pressing chamber). As the seeds move through the chamber, they undergo high pressure and friction, causing the oil to be squeezed out. The oil passes through small gaps or mesh in the barrel, while the remaining solid part (oilcake) is discharged from the other end.
